Wither Hills info and pictures
Hi everyone, just an update on the Wither Hills so I don’t get too many more people asking me directly. We have been approved by the Council to occupy the proposed Wither Hills site on the condition we have public libility insurance for $2M. While it sounds like a lot, it’s actually not too bad but has presented a small hurdle at this time.
I have been told the premiums are quite low and should be under $100 per year. Unfortunately the best I have managed through a broker is $400 per year (minimum premium charge) and none of the domestic insurers want to help. This is a little outside my budget at the moment as I will be wearing the cost myself, so I am still trying to sort out a better deal.
In the mean time, I have an aerial photo of our new proposed site shown below.
